Clients retain ownership of their proprietary data and materials provided during engagements.

This obligation continues after the end of any business relationship.
6. Payments
Payment terms, fees, and refund policies are defined within each client agreement or invoice.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
